With the astounding array of choices and amenities being introduced on Royal Caribbean International's next generation of cruise ships, vacationers will be hard-pressed to find another experience as spectacular as what they will enjoy on Oasis of the Seas. Today, the cruise line renowned for its innovations announced seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries for the new ship's inaugural year, with the inaugural voyage planned for December 12, 2009. Bookings for Oasis of the Seas will open September 3, 2009. The ship's homeport is Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Oasis of the Seas will begin her inaugural season with 19 consecutive seven-night sailings to the Eastern Caribbean, with ports of call at Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; and Nassau, Bahamas. Starting May 1, 2010, Oasis of the Seas will alternate its Eastern Caribbean itinerary with the Western Caribbean itinerary, which will call at Labadee, Royal Caribbean's private beach destination in Haiti; the new port of Falmouth, Jamaica; and Cozumel, Mexico.

MIAMI, Dec. 1, 2009 - Royal Caribbean International officially named its
newest cruise ship, Oasis of the Seas, yesterday, during an elaborate
maritime celebration designed especially for the world\'s largest and
most revolutionary cruise ship. Putting a new twist on one of maritimes
longest standing traditions, the global cruise line was honored to have
not one, but seven celebrity godmothers - Gloria Estefan, Daisy Fuentes,
Shawn Johnson, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Michelle Kwan, Jane Seymour and
Dara Torres - preside over the festivities. The celebration took place
throughout the seven signature neighborhoods onboard Oasis of the Seas,
culminating with the traditional Champagne bottle breaking ceremony
followed by a fireworks display in the AquaTheater, the ship\'s dazzling
oceanfront theater.
 Oasis of the Seas will be the world's largest and most revolutionary ship introducing Royal Caribbean's new neighborhood concept, which will provide vacationers with the opportunity to seek out relevant experiences in seven themed areas based on their personal styles, preferences or moods.

Oasis Class ships
Naturally, with Oasis of the Seas introducing additional calls to
Labadee and other ports on the ship's Eastern Caribbean itinerary, shore
excursions and tour capacities at each stop have increased. On Labadee
guests can discover and engage with the area's picturesque landscape no
matter what their tolerance for adventure may be with newlyintroduced
tours including the High Speed Coastal Cruise & Swim excursion and the
Discover Haiti Coastal Cruise.
Visits to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Nassau also offer new ways to
explore each of the islands, with at least two new excursions available
at each port of call. Golf fans can tee up for a 9-hole round at
One&Only Golf Course in Nassau, exclusively offered for Royal Caribbean
guests and those visiting Atlantis, Paradise Island; adventure seekers
can pay a visit to "The Extreme" - a 930 foot cable zip-line suspended
120 feet in the air, and a new addition to St. Maarten; and guests to
St. Thomas can now enjoy three new snorkel excursions or sign up for the
new St. Thomas Spotlight 5-Star Island Tour - the first island tour in
the Caribbean to offer headset commentary for visitors. These tours will
be offered exclusively for Oasis of the Seas guests for the first six
months of the ship's operation, after which they will be introduced to
all Royal Caribbean guests on ships that call on these ports.
